You've hit up the new workout spots with your besties, controlled your sweet tooth (sometimes) and are feeling great about your wedding dress. For those looking to burn some last minute fat and slide into your goal weight before you walk down the aisle, try one of our favorite new workouts!
HIIT with Burpees
Burpees are tough and will work your tail off.
From standing position – squat down and jump your feet backwards into a plank position (like the start of a push-up). If you want, for added difficulty, touch your chest to the ground by doing a push-up. Jump your feet back to your hands and stand up. Or, you can jump up to add another element of difficulty.
Repeat this for about 25 to 50 burpees once a day and you will start seeing the progress almost instantly!
